KIA HIWA RA, KIA HIWA RA!

E te iwi, Kua tata te wā kia hoki mai a Pio raua ko Stacey ki a Whakaata Māori. No reira kaua e haere tawhiti. E mihi ana ki nga mate maha, Haere ki te okiokinga o rātou ma. Otira ki a tātou te hunga ora, Tihei Mauri ora!

It was a fitting end to a fantastic season of It’s In The Bag at the Kensington Stadium in Whangarei.

All the winners from the towns of Te Kao, Kaitaia, Mangamuka, Waimamaku, Kohukohu, Waipu, Wellsford, Waiheke Island, Waitara, Opunake, Stratford and Patea came to battle it out for the Grand Final prize – over 10,000 dollars worth of family entertainment goods from UBUY.

None of the contestants left empty handed as they got to play for a bag before the final two contestants were chosen to play for the Grand Final prize. The large audience also had a chance to be part of the action with some coming on the stage to sing, some to dance and others to play for a bag.

Pio and Stacey kept the entertainment going along with local musicians who were the Baguettes for the night!
